Join us in discussing best practices & tips and tricks in producing management reporting and calculating KPIs. In this session we will use a case study to discuss how we moved from an Excel-based reporting process reliant on multiple data sources to producing self-service monthly reports directly out of Sage Intacct; leveraged account groups, dimension groups and structures, and dimensionalized reporting to produce powerful reports and KPIs; created a monthly import process to bring in key data points needed to calculate KPIs; and setup role-based dashboards to provide KPIs and other key reports to those who need it.
