Lindsay will present a session on “Communicating Value to Employees,” along with Christy Magee of DVL Group. Often employees are confused about fluctuations in stock price and it is difficult to communicate why a company’s value changed. This session will provide a high level overview of the main factors that impact an ESOP valuation. They will review examples of how some companies communicate valuation, as well as tips and tools that can be implemented by your company to help communicate valuation.
