ABI Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop

SC&H Capital is a proud sponsor of the 2021 ABI Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop being held in person in Florida and virtually from July 29- August 1. This event will host informative sessions on the future of restructuring across various industries, developments in the uses of section 363, and current events that impact the insolvency community. Ken Mann, a Managing Director of SC&H Capital and Co-Chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute Financial Advisors and Investment Banking Committee, will be speaking in a session on Friday 7/30 about industries still facing challenges, those seemingly immune to the pandemic’s effects, and how many are slowly recovering.
