Developing Forward: How Real Estate Leaders are Transforming Tysons Corner

January 29, 2014 @ 8:00 AM (EST) - 5:00 PM (EST)

SC&H Group would like to invite you to join our panel of real estate industry trend setters in a discussion regarding two massive market making developments in Tysons Corner.

Bill Hard, Principal and Executive Vice President with LCOR, and Cory Scott, Assistant Vice President with Macerich will join us to discuss the highlights of their respective mega-projects and hear about some of the unique challenges successfully overcome in bringing these developments to life.  Also joining us is Catherine Lewis, Branch Chief in the Zoning Evaluation Division at the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Zoning who since 2007 has worked closely with both companies to successfully integrate their development projects into the Tysons Corner Master Plan.  Ross Litkenhous, a principal with SC&H Group will be moderating our group of panelists.

This panel will not only benefit other developers and property owners hoping to gain insight into the planning and approval process, but it will also serve as a chance for all attendees to ask our panelists questions and gain a more intimate understanding of two developments that are leading the transformation of Tysons Corner.
