SC&H Capital, a leading investment bank specializing in sell side M&A and ESOP advisory services for middle-market companies, is pleased to announce the successful sale of its client, James Alexander Corporation, to an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).

Founded in 1976 by Francesca Fazzolari and Alexander Davidson, James Alexander Corporation specializes in contract filling services and single-use packaging solutions such as plastic ampoules, crushable glass ampoules, snap-top vials, unit dose swabs, inhalants and dropper tip assemblies. The Company is recognized for its innovations in glass ampoule packaging and its development of a revolutionary single-use plastic ampoule delivery system for contract packaging applications across the pharmaceutical and consumer product segments.

“Alexander and I are very pleased with James Alexander becoming a 100% owned ESOP and look forward to the current and future employees benefiting from equity ownership of the company” said Francesca Fazzolari, the co-founder of James Alexander. “The guidance we received from SC&H Capital was critical in helping us to understand the landscape of potential options for transitioning the ownership of James Alexander. Their thoughtful approach and consistent attention to achieving the objectives of the shareholders, management team, and the Company was key to reaching a successful outcome.”
