SC&H Capital provided advisory services to Mount Joy Wire Corporation (“MJW” or the “Company”) in connection with its sale to WCJ Pilgrim Wire (“WCJ Pilgrim”). The transaction closed on December 31.
Founded over 34 years ago, MJW, a family-owned business, manufacturing a wide variety of specialty carbon steel wire serving diverse end markets, including aerospace, medical devices, automotive, construction, and recreation. The Company maintains long-standing, sole-source supplier relationships with several customers, supporting mission-critical applications and providing long-term revenue stability.

SC&H Capital launched a competitive sale process that attracted strong interest from both strategic and financial buyers and ultimately resulted in a successful transaction with WCJ Pilgrim Wire.
