Rich Reid, EVP of Cloud Applications, has more than 35 years of experience advising organizations on enterprise technology strategy and transformation. At SC&H, Rich leads the sales and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM solutions, partnering with clients to modernize their systems and achieve meaningful, measurable business outcomes.
In his role, Rich oversees end-to-end Oracle Cloud initiatives, from solution strategy and design through implementation and ongoing support. He works closely with executive leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes, drawing on deep experience across ERP, HCM, analytics, program management, and organizational change. Known as a trusted advisor, Rich excels at translating complex technology into practical solutions aligned with client goals.
Rich is passionate about continuous improvement and creative problem-solving. He enjoys collaborating with clients to rethink processes, leverage modern cloud technologies, and identify smarter, more efficient ways of working. His approach is grounded in results, strong relationships, and a commitment to helping organizations evolve with confidence.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. His strong technical foundation, combined with decades of leadership experience, enables him to bridge technical and functional perspectives seamlessly.
Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with family, cooking, tackling home improvement projects, and keeping up with the NFL. He has a strong interest in technology and gadgets and enjoys learning new things, bringing curiosity and innovation into both his personal and professional life.
