Lee Whieldon, a Principal on the Enterprise Advisory & Transformation team, brings more than fifteen years of experience helping organizations modernize their data ecosystems and transform analytics into a strategic business advantage. She leads cloud data engineering and reporting modernization initiatives across Azure, Oracle, and OneStream, guiding clients through complex enterprise data challenges with clarity and precision.
In her role, Lee designs scalable data architecture, orchestrates sophisticated data processing workflows, and implements secure, governed analytics environments that convert operational data into meaningful business insight. She excels at bridging executive vision with technical execution—ensuring organizations achieve measurable, sustainable outcomes.
Passionate about empowering clients to move from data-overwhelmed to data-confident, Lee focuses on creating frameworks that inspire trust in information. She frequently supports clients operating within complex, multi-entity financial environments and has deep experience in financial system modernization, global reporting, and enterprise analytics. Her interests also extend into commercial analytics, applied data science, and the practical use of machine learning and AI to deliver competitive advantage.
Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems & Business Administration from Towson University and a master’s degree in Data Science from UMBC. She is Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified, and Tableau Certified.
Outside of work, Lee is committed to mentoring early-career professionals pursuing analytics and technology careers. She enjoys exploring emerging technologies, experimenting with AI applications, and spending time with her dogs—all while staying active in her community through service and outreach.
