Brian Hubick is a Vice President with SC&H Capital, bringing five years of middle-market investment banking experience to the firm. He focuses on advising clients through special situations M&A, corporate divestitures, and refinancing engagements. Brian works closely with business owners, management teams, and stakeholders to help them navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.
In his role, Brian supports clients across a broad range of industries, and his experience is intentionally industry agnostic. He plays a hands-on role in deal execution, leading valuation and financial analysis, overseeing due diligence processes, and managing outreach to strategic and financial buyers. Brian is dedicated to helping clients maximize value, preserve jobs, and achieve the outcomes that best position their companies for long-term success.
He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Outside of work, Brian is an active member of TMA NextGen Midwest and is committed to giving back to his professional and local communities. He enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, traveling, golfing, reading non-fiction, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
