Hardeep Chadha joined SC&H in September 2025 as a Senior Vice President of SC&H India. At SC&H, Hardeep is dedicated to helping SC&H’s service lines establish and grow a strong presence in India.
In his role, Hardeep works closely with service lines to develop strategies that support sustainable expansion abroad. By fostering collaboration across global functions, aligning objectives, and sharing best practices, Hardeep drives growth while ensuring service lines are well-equipped to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Passionate about building lasting practices, Hardeep thrives on connecting people, ideas, and cultures. He values the opportunity to work across diverse industries and enjoys creating frameworks that empower teams to innovate while staying grounded in a unified strategy. His approach emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and long-term client success. He has experience working with various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, financial services, and telecom.
Prior to joining SC&H, Hardeep supported clients throughout their operational, consultative, and digital transformation journeys, gaining distinction in building, integrating, scaling up, and mentoring multi-geography teams with expertise in change management and restructuring.
Hardeep earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, completed a specialization in U.S. Taxation at Devry University, and holds an MBA from Kent University in the UK.
Outside of work, Hardeep is committed to community service, volunteering with a religious organization dedicated to supporting children with disabilities. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, often through the local cuisine.
