Gaylord Construction, Inc. has completed a transaction with Overland Construction, Inc.

GAYLORD CONSTRUCTION, INC. – This 30+ year old company specialized in directional boring for fiber optic cable burial. The company was shut down and in the hands of a Bankruptcy Trustee. SC&H Capital was retained by the Trustee to market the assets in a timely manner to maximize the value to the creditors. Within 10 weeks a broad and successful marketing campaign concluded with a sale, which was approved by the court selling the assets to Overland Construction.
