Introducing our 2023 Community Impact Report, a collection of our community service initiatives, data, and stories throughout the year. Since 2019, we have intentionally tracked our firm’s community efforts to help us measure the overall success of our impact initiatives and set the bar higher each year. By remaining transparent and sharing our data, we hope to showcase the work of some outstanding organizations, recognize our colleagues’ contributions, and encourage others to get involved.

Our 2023 Report Highlights:
- Our colleagues served more than 153 different organizations
- 5,959 hours of service were donated directly to our communities
- 354 employees volunteered throughout the year
- We infused $1,060,251 into the community, with each team member contributing an average of $2,995
