Robin Boyd has been a dedicated member of our team since 2012. With expertise in tax planning and complex tax compliance, Robin primarily works with partnerships and S-corporations and their owners.
Robin specializes in working with clients in the private equity and alternative investment space. She advises clients in this space on matters around structuring and exiting investments, foreign reporting, and other tax planning opportunities. In addition to the investment space, Robin serves various other sectors, including real estate, construction, service providers, and restaurants among others.
What drives Robin is her passion for helping clients achieve their goals. She finds particular fulfillment in tax planning, recognizing its profound impact on people’s lives. She is also deeply engaged in recruitment and training.
Robin holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Baltimore. She is a certified CPA, affiliated with AICPA & MACPA.
Beyond her professional life, Robin is committed to giving back. She serves on the board of Sisters Circle, an organization connecting middle and high school girls with mentors. Robin is also a member of the Accounting Advisory Board at the Merrick School of Business, University of Baltimore.
In her free time, Robin enjoys traveling, reading, and brewing coffee.
