As a Principal within the SC&H Technology practice, Robert specializes in helping middle-market companies achieve performance improvements in their financial and operational processes.
With over two decades of expertise in management consulting, financial technology (FinTech), and corporate leadership, Robert has spearheaded more than a dozen EPM system implementations and process reengineering transformations. He has established financial system Centers of Excellence for top-tier companies, initiated and steered enterprise-wide Six Sigma programs, and directed a range of other successful financial systems and process enhancement initiatives.
Dedicated to the growth of both his clients and team, Robert actively provides coaching and mentorship to foster confidence in others. He graduated with honors from the University of Richmond, earning a B.S. in Finance. He also holds an MS in Finance and an MBA in Accounting from Loyola University.
Rob and his wife, Carol Ann, have successfully raised two accomplished, college-educated children and now enjoy life as empty nesters! Rob is an active competitor in clay target sports and loves hiking, reading history, playing online chess, and playing with/training his dogs.
