On Thursday, April 23, Congress signed off on a coronavirus relief agreement that includes $310 billion to loan programs for small businesses in “PPP Round 2.” On May 8, the Small Business Administration released updated data behind the approved loan distribution in the first two weeks of the program’s second phase.
