Kevin O’Sullivan, a Principal with SC&H Capital, has been with the firm for over six years representing both public and privately held companies in various transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory services. Though experienced in numerous industries, he has specific expertise working in the following industries:
- Telecommunications & Media
- Information Technology & Software
- Food & Beverage
- Professional Services
Kevin has advised on transactions valued at over several billions of dollars over the past decade. With deep experience in growth equity and merger and acquisition advisory, Kevin works with clients to deliver successful transaction results that achieve objectives for all stakeholders, including entrepreneur founders, management teams, and boards.
Prior to joining SC&H Capital, Kevin began his career with Stifel Nicolaus in their telecommunications and media group and moved to Signal Hill where he specialized in sell-side transactions and institutional growth equity raises for technology oriented companies. His prior experience has positioned him for extremely versatile expertise for his clients and the firm as a whole.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in History at Brown University, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Kevin is also a two time NCAA Division One All-American team member in Water Polo and was the head coach of Fordham University’s team.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, as well as supporting organizations promoting the Olympic movement, SquashWise, and the American Heart Association.
