Fred is a Principal with SC&H Capital, where he provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory to private company business owners. With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked on over 100 cases and testified in numerous bankruptcy courts regarding sales process and procedure.

Fred’s day to day includes working with clients to provide access to new sources of capital, facilitating joint venture sales, or entirety sales to financially troubled companies. What he finds most satisfying is creative refinancing or sales transactions for challenged companies. He is passionate about helping business owners in their time of need and enjoys working closely with buyers to define their objectives to put a transaction together.

Outside of the office Fred has coached lacrosse throughout his sons’ involvement in the game and served two terms on the Board of Governors for the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum.

Fred is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Maryland.  He is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Washington College.

When he’s not with his team or clients, Fred loves hunting, fishing, playing tennis, and spending time with his family. He and his wife live in Easton, MD.
