Frank is a Senior Relationship Executive with SC&H Capital and has 40 years of expertise in distressed M&A services. During his tenure as a lawyer he has gained significant experience in representing debtors, creditor committees, individual creditors, and other interest holders.
Frank has taken his expertise and transitioned it to better facilitate building relationships and connecting individuals and organizations in market to maximize value for all parties. One of his best assets is his ability to build relationships. He is a people person and has developed deep relationships within the legal community to support the expansion of SC&H Capital’s Distressed M&A Services.
He is a certified mediator having completed the Institute of Conflict Management Training Course in 2004 and the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission certification process in 2016. Additionally, he has been a Chapter 11 trustee, liquidating trustee, and discovery master. Frank has resolved over 100 disputes in the District Court in Delaware, and as an arbitrator in Delaware Superior Court.
Outside of the office Frank supports the Leukemia Lymphoma Society as a member of the board of directors for the Delaware Chapter, and Board of Trustees for the North Carolina Chapter. Frank is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), among numerous other trade associations.
Frank earned his bachelor’s from University of Delaware, and J.D. from Villanova School of Law.
When he’s not with his team or clients, Frank loves to travel, read, exercise, and spend time with his grandchildren. He and his wife split time at their homes in Wilmington, Delaware and Raleigh, North Carolina.
