Chesapeake Bay Foundation Case Study

The Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) engaged the SC&H Group Technology Advisory team to assist in upgrading, streamlining, and optimizing their information technology strategy. The process included guiding them through vendor and software selection, identifying new technology solutions, and designing a plan together to ensure that CBF has the resources and tools needed to effectively educate and engage the public in their efforts to restore the health of our national treasure, the Chesapeake Bay, and its tributaries.

Through this engagement, CBF’s people can now leverage technology to access data from anywhere, utilize more space (which originally housed servers for more objective-based initiatives), and operate in a rapid and intelligent environment. As an innovative nonprofit organization, CBF is breaking technology barriers as they grow, communicate, and identify new opportunities—all necessary in their sole mission to “Save the Bay.”
