Our leadership team recognized early on we had to offer an array of services to meet growing client needs, so we began systematically molding the firm into a diversified consultancy with expertise in practices that not only included Audit and Tax, but investment banking and valuation advisory, wealth management, and Technology Advisory. We moved strategically to partner with companies that offered some of the most powerful management tools and applications available to help solve clients’ problems.
In 2000, we launched the Business Performance Management practice, which helps organizations modernize their business reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial close functions via the formulation of a digital transformation strategy, the development of a cloud readiness roadmap, and the implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) software solutions that enable organizations to move into the digital world of data collection, reporting, and analytics.
They work with CFOs who are concerned they are not taking advantage of industry best practices and the latest cloud technology to help them efficiently manage their business. This is achieved through the effective marriage of data, systems, and processes with proactive business strategy—positioning our clients to achieve better visibility, respond quicker, and maximize profitability. In 2016, SC&H conducted the largest Oracle Cloud EPM implementation in the world for the global hospitality company – Hilton Worldwide.
Over the years, we took the blueprint from our Business Performance Management group, and additional practices were launched including Risk Management, Corporate Tax Services, and the Contract Compliance Audit group, which provides some of the largest corporations in the world with audits of third-party contracts. The practice, which is widely recognized as a global leader in the field, works with retail, technology, financial, professional services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, oil and gas, and manufacturing companies to perform audits that not only review third-party relationships, but improve transparency, and can save clients hundreds of millions of dollars.
Another practice that is experiencing significant growth both domestically and internationally is SC&H Capital, which was formed in 2005 to advise clients in industries including, but not limited to healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and government contracting, that want to sell or merge their businesses. Our investment bankers leverage their expertise, industry connections, and extensive tax and consulting resources to advise middle market and growth companies across the United States.
We have also built a reputation as a leading financial consultancy through SC&H Financial Advisors, Inc. Its business is growing remarkably helping individuals, families, and businesses plan their financial futures by offering an array of services ranging from money management and financial planning services to retirement, tax and risk control strategies.

Members who lead our Accounting Solutions practice are experts at providing outsourced CFO, Controller and bookkeeping services using cloud-based technologies. This practice combines white-glove outsourced services with cloud accounting technology to help businesses address common accounting challenges and drive growth and profitability.
We have always believed our employees are our most precious resource – and we value that resource. In 2015, we converted to a 100 percent ESOP, so all employees have an ownership stake in the company – they are the building blocks of our continued success.
